The zip wire ride, which takes about 1.5 hours, may be taken individually or in pairs using the twin cable zip.  Each ride costs ₤12.50 per person. The Active - 8 Zip Wire is available daily from April to November, and during weekends from December to March.

Westcountry Short Oval Racing

If you are looking for another thrilling adventure to make your vacation at the high-end St. Ives holiday cottages memorable, then you should go to the car racing event at St. Day in Cornwall. The action-packed races are usually held during the last week of January, rain or shine. The races start at one o’clock in the afternoon. Prior to these races, a pre-race practice is held between 11:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. You can witness 4 races per hour or a total of 12 to 15 races in half a day. As you watch the races, you are given unlimited access to the pit area. Meanwhile, refreshments may be availed of in different locations in the race venue.
